Upfront Engagement:
Upon signing up, you will receive a downloadable “Inputs Sheet” (Found after purchasing a deal package). Once the input sheet is completed and submitted, Alkaline will clean up the data, run the analysis, and present the findings before sending you the PDF presentation.Custom Scenarios:
If the deal needs custom analysis, and you foresee our work as a differentiating factor throughout the deal-process, rather than upfront payment, we can defer our compensation until the deal closes. If the deal does not close, we do not get paid. If the deal closes, our compensation is commensurate to the deal's risk profile. Reach out for more details.
