  • Ability to trend actuals through stabilization using T-1, T-3, or T-12s.

  • Ability to trend stabilized forecasted figures through disposition using T-1, T-3, or T-12s.

  • Deal-level cash flows

  • Custom charts & graphs

  • Metrics Include: Profit, IRR, & Equity Multiple at a Property-Level, LP-Level, and GP-Level.
